Custom medical folder solutions

Paper
Available in 11 pt., 14 pt., 15 pt., and 18 pt. Manila; 11 pt. and 17 pt. Kraft; or 11 pt. and 15 pt. colored paper.
Bar coding
Bar code labels can be applied to the front of folders.
Fasteners
All of the fasteners shown can be affixed to folders in eight standard positions or in any custom position.
Heat-bonded fasteners
Not visible from the outside of the folder, a strong fiber base securely bonds these fasteners to the inside of the folder. Available in 1" and 2" capacity for 2 3/4" C-C punched papers only.
Embedded fasteners
Recessed into the folder from the outside, this all-metal fastener provides superior strength to hold large amounts of paper securely. Available in 1" and 2" capacity for 2 3/4" C-C punched papers only.
DocuClip®
Fasteners Unique plastic fastener that converts any folder to loose-leaf format. Allows pages to be removed or added without disturbing preceding pages. Holds documents securely in place. Attaches with ease to any file folder.
Reinforcement
Add reinforcing to top tabs and/or side tabs for extra durability. Mylar® or Tyvek® can also be applied to the spine to add strength.
Pockets
Pockets are an ideal way to organize and protect microfiche, cards, photos and many other materials. Select from a variety of Manila, Kraft, plastic, and other pockets.
Fileback dividers and tabs
Fileback dividers and tabs allow you to partition the contents of folders for better organization and faster retrieval of information.
